Vendor Registration :
Vendors must register an account on MarketingWCRM.com with accurate details. Vendors must be authorized to use MarketingWCRM for business purposes. They agree to provide truthful information and ensure the services listed comply with legal standards.
Service Compliance:
Vendors must offer services that comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations and marketing practices.
Fees and Payments:
Vendors must agree to the payment terms, including service commissions. Payments will be made as per the platform's payout cycle, subject to deductions.
Intellectual Property:
Vendors retain ownership of their content, but by listing on the platform, they grant MarketingWCRM.com the right to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through arbitration or mediation before pursuing legal action.
Termination and Suspension:
MarketingWCRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for non-compliance with these terms, at its sole discretion.
